Payment Terms

Refund Request Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of payment.

Refund requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation prevents automatic renewal.

  • Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within an active subscription period.

It is the user’s responsibility to cancel before renewal to avoid future charges.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved:

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

Rewardz is not responsible for delays caused by external payment processors.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Rewardz may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of account access

  • Review of account activity

  • Potential permanent termination

We encourage users to contact our billing team first to resolve disputes amicably.
